I’ve been doing this work since 2006. Initially working on custom websites and ecommerce consulting before shifting to WordPress operations in 2010. My background in software quality assurance – from testing music software to building reliable web systems -taught me how to create processes that work consistently under pressure and to test thoroughly before anything goes live.
